TyAnn is a registered Dietitian who has worked in the field of eating disorder treatment for the past nine years. She worked in a variety of settings and levels of care, growing most passionate for the outpatient setting. She believes this is where the majority of the hard work is done and values the relationships she builds with her clients— especially seeing them grow to become their own dietitian.
TyAnn is a firm believer in Health-At-Every-Size, strives to dismantle diet culture, and will likely remind you that "your weight/size is the least interesting thing about you". Her approach is direct and honest with a lot of humor thrown in to lighten the mood. The main goal is to help improve your relationship with food/body image and decrease the time spent thinking about these things, allowing you to spend that time doing something else (anything else!) that is much more enjoyable. She wants to help you learn to intuitively eat and take care of your body, honoring all of the amazing things it can do.
The best way to describe TyAnn is a big goofball at heart. In her free time she loves to do anything craft-related, enjoys playing board games, is probably watching or listening to true crime right now, and is definitely obsessing over her adorable goldendoodle named Herschel Mcnugget.
