she/her/hers
Molly Peterson is a licensed clinical social worker who is passionate about helping adults build healthier relationships with themselves—particularly around food, body image, and self-worth. She works with individuals currently experiencing eating disorders, those in recovery, or anyone questioning how their past or present relationship with food may be affecting their well-being.

In addition to her work with disordered eating, Molly supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and life transitions. She takes a warm, collaborative, and strengths-based approach, believing that healing begins with a compassionate and trusting therapeutic relationship.
Molly integrates a variety of evidence-based practices into her work, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, exposure therapy, and a Health at Every Size (HAES)-informed lens. Her goal is to offer personalized, affirming support that meets each client where they are.
She earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver and provides both virtual and in-person therapy for adults 18 and over.
