What we do:

Sometimes life is hard. Sometimes life is hard becuase of a specific event - changing jobs, relational stress, or grief. Sometimes, life is hard because it's a Tuesday.

At Cultivate, we are honored to hold space for clients who are finding life a little bit hard. We value client-centered care, creativity, continuous education (for ourselves and our clients), and feeling connected within our practice, the community, and ourselves.

We have a particular passion for working with adolescents and young adults, and bridging the gap between higher levels of care and real-life experiences like sharing a living space, grocery shopping, and keeping a budget. We specialize in age-appropriate guidance for those balancing mental health concerns with their first steps into adulthood.

What we offer:

Our providers see clients of all ages for individual services, and we have limited outpatient group support available. We look forward to expanding our services over the next year.

We are currently able to accept UBH/Medica/Optum, Preferred One/Aetna, UCare, BCBS, and Health Partners/Cigna. These contracts may have variations depending on your specific plan, so please check your benefits.

Please read more about our team here, and use our online portal to schedule appointments. We look forward to meeting you!

It is important to us that clients feel safe in our space and in our work together. Please follow this link to fully understand your rights as a patient in the state of Minnesota.
