Kaytie Kocon is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that has worked with children, youth and families in various settings. She understands that everyday life is changing and oftentimes it does not feel easy. She walks alongside her clients to help them identify barriers and create solutions. She has extensive experience working with individuals, children, and families who have been impacted by anxiety, depression, disordered eating, transitions, life changes, conflict management and trauma. She has a passion for working with individuals and families to turn their current struggle into a strength as they work through the therapeutic process. She believes in a client centered approach that uses CBT and DBT, narrative, experiential and strength based components. She is passionate about helping people find their voice and the best version of themselves.
